Amy Schumer, Regina Hall, and Wanda Sykes are looking at hosting this year's Oscars like a competition they can win!
Amy Schumer, Regina Hall, and Wanda Sykes are ready and raring to be the hosts of this years Oscar Awards. The three women are the first hosts that the time-honored award show has had in the last three years. The most recent host was Jimmy Kimmel back in 2018. With a hilarious self awareness, the three poked fun at this quirky time gap in the promo video for the awards ceremony.
The three opened the video by sharing their excitement to host the awards with each other. Sykes is the first to point out, "We just have to do better than last year's host." To that, Schumer points out, "It is a competition in that way." As they sit and think, however, they can't seem to recall who hosted last year. At that moment, Regina Hall points out, "Oh wait! There wasn't a host last year." The three then go on to make the realization that there has not been a host for the last three years. The soon to be hosts celebrate at the realization saying, "We're already winning!"
We are confident that these three hilarious ladies are going to make this an entertaining and unforgettable night. The famous awards show is set to air on ABC on March 27th. We are so excited to see Schumer, Hall, and Sykes in action, and we can't wait to see which well deserved creatives take home the awards.
