Jason Oppenheim’s Stern Warning for ‘Selling Sunset’ Crew After This SHOCKING Incident
Jason Oppenheim wanted nothing but safety for his "Selling Sunset" crew after a shocking incident that happened outside his office in Los Angeles, California.
In a recent interview, as reported by Page Six, the reality star told his crew to refrain from wearing luxurious items like jewelry and watches when they go to work, and they have to be constantly "diligent."
The TV star is precautious about his employees' actions after an unnamed man was forced to give his accessory to a thief at gunpoint when he left a restaurant in West Hollywood in the same parking lot as The Oppenheim Group offices.
Even though none of his employees were there to witness the horrifying incident, Oppenheim said the news had left everyone scared.
Regarding the current situation of his staff today, the TV star revealed they still have to work as usual, but "obviously not wearing any watches."
"We're being careful, just looking around. It was very concerning, this city is having a lot of issues right now," he added.
Another 'Selling Sunset' Star Left Shaken
Oppenheim and his crew were not the only people left shaken by a shocking incident as Christine Quinn was put in a horrifying situation that she witnessed firsthand.
In a separate incident, the reality star took to her Instagram stories earlier this month to reveal that she, her husband, Christian Richard, and their 9-month-old baby were sleeping when two men attempted to break into their home.
Quinn said they woke up to noises that started getting louder through time.
Since they had no idea what was happening outside, they wanted to remain safe, so they immediately checked the security footage.
To their shock, two armed men were breaking their glass window outside the master bedroom, which is only four feet away from them.
Luckily for them, the alleged suspects were not able to enter their property as her windows are "triple plane" and "so strong."
Despite the robbers not being successful, the family called authorities which responded immediately.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that an attempted burglary happened at the reality star's home at around 4:30 in the morning.
Oppenheim also opened up about Quinn's situation and the recent incident outside his office, saying both are "very real," so he's considering buying a firearm. He has also already begun to practice shooting.
