Eliza Taylor, Bob Morley Welcome Baby: 'The 100' Stars Are First Time Parents!
Eliza Taylor and Bob Morley are now happy and proud first time parents! 'The 100' stars, who fell in love on that highly-acclaimed show had their first child together, which the actress herself disclosed on March 19.
Like any other parents of a newborn, sleep has became a luxury, a thing of the past. But as Taylor said, not sleeping to take care of their precious baby is worth it. "Though sleep is well and truly a thing of the past, we could not be happier," Eliza captioned a sweet photo of her and Bob's bundle of joy's tiny foot.
Eliza and Bob first stated they were having a child around a month ago, and now they can finally share the good news with the world. The pair kept Eliza's pregnancy a well guarded secret, much like they had done with their relationship prior to getting married. It was reported on February 7th that the couple was expecting their first child.
Eliza and Bob both wore slippers that said "Papa Bear" and "Mama Bear" in the same photo they posted. The "Baby Bear" slippers served as a subtle but telling hint that they were expecting a new arrival. Bob sweetly captioned his post, "Gearing up for the greatest roles ever. Big little shoes to fill and we cannot wait!"
The two met and developed feelings on the set of the CW series. They spent so much time together since the show ran for seven seasons, and while other characters were being killed off, the two stayed for the whole duration of it as Clarke Griffin and Bellamy Blake.
When Eliza and Bob tied the knot in June of 2019, they officially acknowledged their relationship. "Recently I married my best friend and soul mate @WildpipM We are very happy and ask that you keep your comments kind and respect our privacy at this time," Eliza tweeted at the time.
Also, Bob tweeted, "It is with such a full heart that I call @MisElizaJane my wife This is something we both cherish very deeply and are beyond happy. Please remember to be respectful and kind to one another. Be well be kind."
The following year, Eliza finally shared how their relationship started. She revealed that they first became fast friends but in 2019, they started to regard each other differently. Eliza and her roommate were at the time, just moving into an apartment and Bob came to assist. It was also at that moment that the actor garnered the courage to ask her out on a date.
"Honestly, it was as if someone had switched on a light, and we were truly seeing each other for the first time," she wrote. They later returned to their home country of Australia. They got engaged in April 2019, after realizing that they have the same dreams and goals, personally and professionally.
