After nearly a decade, Amanda Bynes is finally free from her conservatorship after a judge granted her request following a petition to dissolve the arrangement; what is her next move in life?

According to NBC News, the actress has been through a dark period in her life when she was put under the legal protection since 2013. The conservatorship of her estate had been terminated in 2017 and her assests were moved into a trust.

Her father, Rick Bynes, was considered as a trustee before, and her mother, Lynn Organ, used to be in charged of her medical and personal affairs.

After the ruling, which took place on Tuesday, the "Easy A" actress issued a statement through her legal counsel, David Esquibas, saying she's thankful for everyone and revealed her future plans.

"In the last several years, I have been working hard to improve my health so that I can live and work independently," she said.

Bynes also noted that she will prioritize her well-being in the next chapter of her life.

In addition, the star is excited about working with her future endeavors, including a fragrance line.

She concluded her statement by saying she's looking forward to sharing more future projects when she can.

Amanda Bynes' Parents Excited for Their Daughter's Future

Rick Bynes and Lynn Organ also issed a statement through their lawyer, Tamar Arminak, saying they have been preparing for the termination of the actress' conservatorship, and her mother, in particular, is excited for her future.

"[Lynn] could not be more proud of what Amanda has accomplished getting through the last few difficult years," the attorney noted.

In addition, Lynn Organ is excited to restart a relationship without the conservatorship and they are looking forward for the "endless possibilities" available to her daughter now that the legal protection is over.

Amanda Bynes Finally Getting Married Now That Her Conservatorship Has Been Terminated?

In early reports, a source familiar to the 35-year-old star said Bynes wanted to get married and do the things she wanted to do independently, including traveling to places without any restrictions of a conservatorship.

However, at the time, there was a big proglem for her as no one was sure what's next for her.

The "What a Girl Wants" actress got engaged to Paul Michael on Valentine's Day 2020. She met her fiance while serving time in a rehab.

Bynes took to her Instagram account to share the big news, showing a massive diamond ring on her finger.

At the time of this writing, the actress has not confirmed whether she's getting married immediately now that her conservatorship has been terminated.
