Hayden Panettiere and Brian Hickerson were seen fighting on tape. It can be clearly heard how the actress warned her on-and-off boyfriend about going to jail if he does not stop. While she did it for her boyfriend's sake, it does bring into mind what her partner has done to her at one point in their tumultous relationship.

Hayden Panettiere Shouts 'Jail'

A representative for Hayden explained to People magazine what happened. "While in the restaurant of the Sunset Marquis, Brian Hickerson, who happened to be with Hayden, made a comment to an individual about leaving the waitress a poor tip. That same individual, along with the group he was with, began badgering and shoving Brian, at which point security pushed everyone outside."

The representative added, "Brian was attacked by the group, as was Hayden, who in her best effort tried to diffuse the situation. Hayden was refused the opportunity to provide a statement to the police as she was escorted back inside. She is okay."

On Thursday night in Los Angeles, Hayden Panettiere and Brian Hickerson got into a brawl. TMZ received video of the pair in an intense group fighting outside the Sunset Marquis. The two got into a fight inside the hotel with another group, one of whom claimed Brian "spit on them," according to an eyewitness. The manager ejected everyone, and the fight spilled out.

In the video, Hayden is seen pulling Brian away from his enemies. The Nashville star looks to get kicked in the face at one point. "Brian, jail!" Hayden yells as a warning to her beau after the brawl. As reported by TMZ, Brian is now on probation until 2025.

After security broke up the brawl, Hayden and Brian allegedly walked back inside the hotel to apologize to workers. The fight was reported to the cops, but they came after everyone had departed.

Brian Hickerson's Probation

In 2018, Brian Hickerson was charged with numerous counts of domestic abuse and was sentenced to 45 days in prison and four years probation.

31-year-old Hickerson pled no guilty to two felony charges of hurting a spouse or child's parent. A five-year protective order and 52 domestic violence classes were added to his jail term, Los Angeles District Attorney public relations officer Greg Risling confirmed to USA TODAY.

Assault with a dangerous weapon, two charges of misdemeanor violence, and one count of dissuading a witness from testifying were all charged.

The accusations were allegedly perpetrated against Panettiere, 31, whom he began dating in the summer of 2018.
