The "Batman" star is too preoccupied with his girlfriend these days to care that his heated argument with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner - which took place on the streets and captured on video, are now making the rounds. In the latest sighting of the actor, he looks cheery and at ease, with Jennifer Lopez by his side, looking similarly happy.

After images of Affleck's heated exchange with his ex-wife surfaced, he came out of hiding and couldn't stop touching the "Marry Me" actress. The 49-year-old Oscar winner strolled the streets with J. Lo, his first outing since the photographs with Garner surfaced. With his ex-girlfriend, Affleck is seen in a very different attitude and wearing his favorite checkered shirt.

The star and his chick appeared unconcerned by the cameras as they strolled around Pacific Palisades, California.

During their romantic stroll, Affleck stopped J. Lo and kissed her on the lips.

Despite the informal outing, the "Let's Get Loud" singer 52 looked stunning.

J. Lo wore a low-cut brown top with wide-leg trousers. She wore a neat ponytail and caramel-colored shoes to mix with the upper-class neighborhood throng.

Affleck, J. Lo, and Samuel all seemed carefree. The group was spotted laughing and joking about together.

This may be Affleck and J. Lo's last walk in Pacific Palisades before moving to Bel-Air. The ex-fiancées bought a property in a celebrity-studded Los Angeles area, Radar alleged.

All these signs seem to prove the rumors true - that Jennifer Garner's ex-husband Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are coming closer and closer to getting engaged again.

Recently, a source tells Entertainment Tonight about this, and also reveals what Garner feels about the whole thing.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez getting engaged and ultimately getting married is not a matter of if but when, the source says.

Lopez and Affleck got engaged in November 2002, but everyone knew what happened to that. Now that they're given a chance to be together once more, they'll make sure things go right.

"Ben and Jen can't wait to spend the rest of their lives together and know that they were destined to be together," the source said. "An engagement is on the table and it has been an ongoing conversation."

To avoid what happened the first time they got engaged, they already talked about what everything that needs to be hashed out and what their future plans are, involving their children. They are "committed" to make their present relationship "everlasting."

Garner's thoughts on Lopez and Affleck's burgeoning relationship? She doesn't mind at all. The source said she's very supportive and knows Ben is doing well. This is all that matters to Garner at this point.
