Of course, it can come as no surprise that the socialite shocked the room again at last nights Oscars After Party. She showed up wearing a beautiful beige-gold dress. The dress's top is wonderfully ornamented in sophisticatedly sparse but still sparkly gem stones and a wonderfully intricate looping texture.
These big loops break the typical dimensions of the dress, once again allowing Harvey to break the usual mold, catching everyone's eyes with her gown.
While there was extra material on the top, the elegant but scandalously see-through material at the bottom adds a graceful amount of pizzazz to the star's choice look. The dress is perfectly paired with perfectly matching shoes, that share the dress's similarly subtle sparkle.
