According to Cosmopolitan Magazine, the reality star and her sister Kendall Jenner attended the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party despite not attending the actual Academy Awards ceremony.
Earlier that day, Kourtney Kardashian and her fiance Travis Barker made an appearance in the main event.
At the after-party, the beauty mogul donned her signature body-hugging silhouette by wearing a sky blue maxi dress with a cut-out back, a pair of black boots, and gloves.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed that the "Uncut Gems" star was also in the same venue, but it's unclear if they ran into each other on the blue carpet.
According to ET Online, Fox wore a halter-style dress with a hand sculpture clawed into her neck. The rest of her outfit appeared to have been made out of black leather.
The actress topped her look with a clutch covered in possibly human hair.

Meanwhile, it appears that Kanye West's exes never ran into an awkward encounter that evening, as there were no reports and photos to prove otherwise.
Not the First Time Kim Kardashian, Julia Fox Almost Ran Into Each Other
The Oscars after-party was not the first event the two celebrities almost ran into each other, as they previously attended last season's Milan Fashion Week.
In early reports, the two almost had an awkward encounter in Italy's fashion capital as they were wearing nearly the same outfit.
Per the Daily Mail UK, Fox donned a PVC bondage-inspired outfit with a chest cutout crop-top, a long skirt, and a pair of gloves.
The actress finished her look with straps, a small clutch, her signature dramatic black eyeshadow, and a nude lip.
On the other hand, Kim Kardashian was also wearing a head-to-toe PVC outfit, but in a different silhouette.
The mom of four wore a crocodile-textured crop top, wide pants, a coat, and a pair of gloves.
The two never met each other as the SKIMS CEO flew back to Los Angeles with her styling team after attending a few shows like Balenciaga.
The awkward fashion faux pas didn't happen once as both of them also donned a Catwoman-inspired catsuit, but with different fabrics and bottoms.
