Jenelle Evans Eason has a more serious condition she needs to deal with after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

Only a month after learning she has fibromyalgia, Eason confirmed that she is now undergoing several tests due to another serious disease.

On her website, the 30-year-old "Teen Mom 2" star revealed that she is being tested to confirm whether she has myasthenia gravis.

"Lately, I've been taking time out for myself to focus on my health. As you might have heard, I was hospitalized not too long ago for extreme chest pain," she wrote. "They ruled out heart and lung issues in the ER."

Eason added that she was referred to a myasthenia gravis specialist by her neurologist to confirm a diagnosis. Now, her new doctor will reportedly run more tests and one additional nerve study.

After hearing the news, she revealed that she has been experiencing anxiety due to the weight the health issues cause her. As a result, she has been reportedly feeling mentally and physically drained.

Johns Hopkins Medicine explains that MG is a chronic autoimmune disorder that causes antibodies to destroy the communication between a person's nerves and muscles. With that, a patient experiences weakness in the skeletal muscles once the disease attacks them.

Jenelle Evans Eason Reveals Fibromyalgia Diagnosis

Aside from her potential autoimmune disease, she also revealed to E! News last month that she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia after undergoing several tests.

According to CDC, the condition causes pain all over the body and more issues, including fatigue, emotional and mental distress, and sleep problems. People diagnosed with it are often more sensitive to pain than people without the condition.

Per Eason, she finally found out why her body was acting that way since she never knew what the condition was until her doctor diagnosed her.

"For as long as I can remember, I would get extremely bad tension headaches and full body aches, like I had the flu, but was not sick," she detailed. "My entire body gets in so much pain and sometimes I lay in bed and cry. [For] a long time, no one believed my symptoms until I got a second opinion from a new neurologist recently."

Eason disclosed that she has been open with her children about her condition. That way, she could freely explain why she has bad days.

The reality star also experienced neck issues in 2020 and shared it on YouTube.
