A NO QUIT COUPLE: Travis Barker Explains Why He and Kourtney Kardashian are In It For the Long Haul!
Travis Barker says their, "is no quit," when it comes to his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian.
The Blink-182 drummer and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum recently got married at a surprise ceremony in Las Vegas after Sunday night's Grammy Awards. The two have been on marriage-watch for a while, and, while they could knot acquire a marriage lisence at that time of night, the two have tied the knot with promise of a bigger celebration to come. They were seen flaunting their love last night on the red carpet for the premiere of the new Hulu series The Kardashians.
Barker and Kardashian are very much in love and, according to Travis Barker in a recent article on People, "We're very similar, with our backs to the wall...We have no quit, and I need someone like that in my life." This stick-to-it personality is what has made the couple so strong. We have seen them all over, spreading their love everywhere. From showing up to Nobu in matching outfits to redefining what PDA means, they're can be no question that the two are absolutley head over heels in love with each other.
Many are saying that the marriage is "fake" considering the two were unable to acquire a marriage license prior to the ceremony. In an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Kourtney Kardashian spoke to Jimmy Kimmel about her feelings on that comment.
"It's not called 'fake married'!...There was no possibility to get a marriage license at that hour... We asked five times. 'What do we have to do to make this happen?' It was 2 a.m. and they were like, 'It opens at 8 o'clock.'...We just did it anyway. It's what's in the heart."
We are so glad the two followed their hearts. We can't to see what comes next for this powerhouse couple.
