Amber Heard ‘Hysterical’ After Fight With Johnny Depp, House Manager Testifies
Amber Heard got hysterical during one of her fights with Johnny Depp.
On Monday, Depp took the stand again for the fourth time as he is suing Heard with the $50 million defamation lawsuit. During the first few days of the legal showdown, the two camps continuously exchanged accusations of abuse against one another.
Depp, for his part, sparred with Heard's lawyer over his drug use, drinking habits, worrying text messages, and alleged abuse.
His house manager, Ben King, recently appeared before the court to testify in the case, and he revealed further shocking details about the couple's fight inside their Gold Coast house in March 2015.
Amber Heard Hysterically Sobbing After Infamous Fight in Australia
King told the court that he heard the "Aquaman" actress hysterically sobbing and crying when he entered the house where the estranged couple was staying.
It turned out that Heard started to break down in tears following the fight that severed Depp's fingertip. The house manager recalled seeing smashed and cracked walls, broken classes, cracked TV, broken lamps, and collapsed ping-pong table, among others.
King reportedly saw the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor's guitar with blood stains. Near the item were a broken vodka bottle and blood drips.
He added, per Yahoo!, that he found Depp's missing fingertip in a bloody paper towel near the bar one hour after his arrival. He put it on ice and handed it to the actor's private doctor, Dr. David Kipper, and head of security Jerry Judge.
The house manager told the court how Heard was urged to leave the house and return to Los Angeles. While he volunteered to leave Australia with the actress, Heard reportedly initially resisted and said that it would be the end if she left.
At that time, he noted that he did not notice any marks or injuries on Heard. Instead, he saw uniform thin scratches on her arms.
Heard showed a similar reaction in the past, which Depp's former lawyer Laura Wasser witnessed.
"Amber hysterically crying and pacing in her separate conference room, or screaming and yelling at times and laughing at others," Wasser's document read. "Amber's counsel trying to reason with her throughout the day."
She added that the actress looked manic and irrational at that time.
