Kim Kardashian's Ex Slams Reality Star For Calling Their Marriage A 'Drug-Fueled Mistake'
Kim Kardashian was chastised by one of her ex-husbands for referring to their marriage as a "mistake."
The KKW Beauty entrepreneur, who married Damon Thomas at the age of 19, eloped in Las Vegas in 2000.
She also stated in a 2018 episode of their reality program, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," that she was high on drugs at the time of their wedding.
"I got married while high on ecstasy. For the first time."
However, in an interview with VladTV, Damon, 51, stated that her assertions made little sense given that they had been married for several years.
He stated in an interview regarding the ecstasy accusations, "That's something I don't recall at all. That's her specialty."
Damon went on to explain that he thinks it's irresponsible for the mother of four to define their marriage in that way.
"Because we now have children, I believe it is wrong to make such broad remarks. I have a child that attends the same school as her child."
Damon said, "Consider what he has to cope with at school. I believe she should be more cautious with her words since there is a lot more to the matter."
He went on to say that he could continue on to that and blow up that location, but he wouldn't because he feels extremely accountable for not discussing their marriage and what it meant to him.
Damon also questioned Kim's ability to stay married to him for four to five years if she was only high.
"That is just illogical. So, given that our children attend the same school, I believe that is an irresponsible statement."
Though he had major difficulties with Kim's description of their marriage, he had nothing but praise for the SKIMS tycoon.
He expressed his admiration for her and was able to speak with Kris Jenner as well.
Damon Thomas and Kim Kardashian married since she was supposedly estranged from Kris at the time.
Damon is 10 years older than Kim, and they married in 2000, but their marriage barely lasted three years before he filed for divorce.
He claimed the reality star physically abused him, while Kim alleges he "punched her," according to divorce documents.
