Final Statements Made in the Blac Chyna vs. the Kardashian-Jenners Case: Guess Who is There for Emotional Support!?
The court case between Blac Chyna and the Kardashian-Jenners continues, and at the latest session Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidsion was there for moral support.
Blac Chyna is currently suing the Kardashian family for defamation, and for having her talk show Rob & Chyna canceled.
The Kardashians, : abuse towards Chyna's ex
The end of the trail is now in sight as, in the most recent session, both sides offered their closing statements. Eagle-eyed fans did not miss that Pete Davidson was present to provide emotional support for current girlfirend Kim Kardashian.
The family lawyer, Michael G. Rhodes, pointed out that one of the main flaws with Blac Chyna's suit is that Rob & Chyna was never her show. It was a show that was intended to follow their relationship. With no relationship, there could be no show.
Rhodes, as summarized by People, stated:
"It was never her show. This is the central problem in this case. She thinks this show was about her. It wasn't her show. It was a show about a relationship...The show's premise was to be lighthearted, a romantic family comedy...The network wanted the same kind of tone as 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians.'
The relationship at the heart of Rob & Chyna was unraveling. They were on/off, on/off but by February it's gone off the cliffs...This is a very sad story. It's grim.
If you're the network executive is this the show you want to air?...Everybody tried to save the show. They weren't trying to kill the show. They were trying to buy time to save it; to pave a road to save it."
We will keep you up to date on the case's final resolution as it is made...but based on everything we've heard so far, things aren't looking so great for Blac Chyna.
