It has been quite a roller coaster for singer Rihanna since her announcement of expecting a baby with rapper A$AP Rocky back in January. Though fans can rest easy about their progress since a source close to the couple have confirmed that she has, in fact, given birth.
In a statement the source said this:
"Rihanna is doing well. They are very excited to be parents. Rihanna is already a wonderful mom."
As reported earlier this week, there was a Tweet by a hospital worker which claimed that the floor of the hospital where Rihanna was giving birth was cleared to accommodate the singer. This has not been fully confirmed, but the timing of when the Tweet was released would coincide with the announcement of the baby being born on May 13th.
The couple have not yet released the name of the child, but the source also confirmed that the happy family is at home in Los Angeles.
