LOOK WHO'S INSIDE AGAIN: Bo Burnham Surprise Releases 'Inside the Outtakes' On One Year Anniversary of Netflix Special 'Inside'
LOOK WHO'S INSIDE AGAIN!
Yesterday, Bo Burnham released over an hour of never-before-seen material from his most recent Netflix special Inside, titled The Inside Outtakes.
Inside was an hour long special which consisted of a series of songs and jokes written by the performer that reflected the chaotic nonsense and mental-health labrinth that was life during the peak of the pandemic. Fans obsessed over the relatably depressed quarantine album, feeling seen by songs such as, "All Time Low," and, "Look Who's Inside Again."
The special was so incredibly tight that it should come as no surprise that a plethora of phenomenal material had to be left on the cutting room floor, due to time constraints alone. (And because, as Bo often mentions, he kept thinking he was done with this special, hating the ending, then adding more and more material.)
This new release gives us a look at that material. Over an hour more's worth of "Content" written by the comedic and musical genius can now be enjoyed. He released this extra sixty-plus minutes on the anniversary of the release of the original album Inside.
He tweeted out at 5PM: "a year ago today, i released a special called inside. i've spent the last two months editing together material that i shot for the special but didn't end up using. it will be on my youtube channel in one hour. i hope you enjoy it."
These exceptional outtakes speak so highly to the material that made it into the special, because these extra clips alone create a beautifully bingeable hour! We can't wait to dive into all of The Inside Outtakes (which we definitely will later, so keep an eye out for that article.)
