NeNe Leakes Sued: ‘RHOA’ Star Engaged in an ‘Adulterous Affair?'’
NeNe Leakes might be enjoying her romantic relationship today after her husband passed away last year, but she's facing another hurdle as her boyfriend's wife sued her for alienation of affection and criminal conversation.
According to legal documents obtained by ET Online, the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star is facing a lawsuit filed by her boyfriend's wife, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh.
The 54-year-old TV star was first linked to her boyfriend Nyonsiela J. Sioh in late 2021. They went Instagram official on December 28 after Leakes shared pictures of their vacation.
As of this writing, the reality star has not publicly commented on the matter, but she appears unbothered as she posted a video on her Instagram stories showing her and Sioh in a car.
Per court documents, Sioh and his estranged wife got married in 2016; they share an 11-year-old son together. The ex-couple separated on December 17.
In the lawsuit, Tehmeh-Sioh alleged that she and her husband were in a happy marital relationship before the "RHOA" star's "wrongful interference and conduct."
The woman claims that her estranged husband and Leakeds "engaged in an ongoing romantic, uninhibited and adulterous affair" without letting her know.
Tehmeh-Sioh also alleged that the man lied to her about his whereabouts during their relationship.
The reality star has "publicly posted and continues to publicly post berating, tactless and insensitive intimate pictures of herself with [Tehmeh-Sioh's] husband on social media causing further embarrassment and humiliation," the docs read.
Leakes' relationship also caused embarrassment, humiliation, and disgrace to Tehmeh-Sioh as the TV star allegedly "paraded" her connection to her friends and associates, as well as the public media.
The former "Glee" guest star has also been "alienating" the woman from his son by using her "prominence."
The woman alleged that Leakes had an idea about her boyfriend's marriage and child while they were in the relationship.
The situation was complicated for Tehmeh-Sioh as she noted on the docs that it had "devastating" effects on her.
She also lost support from her husband, loss of services in the home, loss of companionship, sexual relationship, aid, mental anguish, and more.
The recent news comes almost a year after Nene Leakes' husband, Gregg, passed away after a four-year battle with colon cancer. He was 66
