Prince Harry, Prince William's Feud Over For Good? What To Expect As Both Reunite
Are Prince Harry and Meghan Markle spending time with Prince William and Kate Middleton as Queen Elizabeth II celebrates her Platinum Jubilee?
After all, a royal family insider said that the two brothers, who have been battling for a few years, are already working on their relationship and have been speaking to each other regularly shortly before the Platinum Jubilee.
According to The Mirror, the brothers haven't spoken since the Duke of Sussex's bombshell Oprah interview and decision alongside Meghan Markle to step down from their prominent royal jobs.
They are reported to be attempting to heal their friendship through text messages and video conversations before reuniting to honour the Queen.
"The brothers needed time for everything to calm down," the insider stated.
"The family, including William, was dismayed by Harry and Meghan's decision to quit the royal family." But there is a distinct sense that what happened is now in the past, and people have gone on."
Despite the movement in their relationship, an insider informed Page Six that the two princes and their wives have no intentions to meet out with each other privately.
"At the present, it does not appear probable that Harry and Meghan will meet separately during the Jubilee celebrations."
"There is certainly nothing in the diary at the moment," they continued.
This also means that the Cambridge children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, may miss out on seeing their cousins Archie and Lilibet, who celebrate their first birthday on Saturday.
However, fans will have the opportunity to see the Fab Four again.
They are due to be reunited for the first time in two years at St. Paul's Cathedral for the Service of Thanksgiving for Queen Elizabeth II.
The last time the Sussexes and Cambridges were all together was at the Commonwealth Day ceremony at Westminster Abbey in March 2020, just days before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle went to the United States.
The Sussexes appeared to be in good spirits as they watched the Trooping the Colour event from the Major General's office in central London yesterday, while senior royal family members were with the Queen on the Buckingham Palace balcony.
