Sarah Silverman is joining the cast of Bradley Cooper's newest Netflix film titled Maestro.
The hilarious stand-up comedian Sarah Silverman is taking to Netflix alongside icon Bradley cooper to star in a new film. According to an exclusive with Deadline, Silverman is joining the brilliant ensemble cast of this biopic chronicling the life of famed composer Leonard Bernstein. Silverman will play Berstein's sister. The leading role will be taken on by Cooper who is also set to direct the piece. This will be the second film that Bradley Cooper has ever directed following the massive success of A Star is Born.
The rest of the cast strikes the perfect chord of excellence. The ensemble consists of powerhouse actors including Carey Mulligan, Matt Bomer, and Maya Hawke. Mulligan will play Berstein's wife, Felicia. This film will focus largely on her involvement as the film sets out to recount the love story between the two. The biopic will begin in the year 1946, follow their engagements, their marriage, and their children.
