Kevin Hart is now set to be an Executive Producer on the upcoming comedy series True to Size which follows the true story of his time spent as a sneaker salesman.

The world knows Kevin Hart for his incredibly hilarious stand-up comedy. However, that is not where he started. Before he started taking the stage and making sold-out crowds double over with laughter, Kevin Hart worked as a sneaker salesman. Yet, it was at this job that his store manager first suggested to him that he should try out stand-up comedy. It is an epic story. This story is going to be shown to the world through the upcoming Peacock series, True to Size.

As if having a biopic series created about your life was not enough, an exclusive with Deadline announced today that Hart will take on an Executive Producer role in the series. This makes sense considering the show is based off of his life. Dan Levy created and wrote the show, and he is also working as an Executive Producer alongside Hart. According to Deadline, the show will follow:

"20-something Kevin after he stumbles into a new job selling sneakers at Sneaker World, and the family he makes out of its crew of b-team misfits who are all equally as lost on the path to "figuring out" life in their 20s."
