Is Amber Heard begging $1 million from her fans via a GoFundMe page?

A fundraising campaign has been set up for the "Aquaman" actress, who is reportedly unable to pay the damages she owes ex-husband Johnny Depp.

Following a heartbreaking setback in the defamation lawsuit filed against the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor, the 36-year-old is apparently running out of money due to the amounts she has been spending in legal expenses.

The jury determined that Heard must pay her former husband $10.35 million.

According to claims, the campaign hoped to raise $1 million; however, TMZ confirmed that the page was unrelated to Heard.

Instead, it was begun by Kimberly Moore, a Depp enthusiast, who initiated the campaign after contacting the actress' attorneys.

The page was titled "Justice for Amber Heard."

"The trial was a shame," the description added.

"Social media protected the abuser. The judgment is greater than her net worth. It's heartbreaking that he could get away with the abuse."

"Please assist her if you can. She will have immediate access to the funds."

However, as of this writing, the page has supposedly been deactivated.

According to a GoFundMe spokeswoman, the fan's page was removed even before any donations were made.

It further said that the page was not established by Heard or anybody on her staff, and that it had been taken down.

"The platform will continue to hunt for phony pages and take appropriate action."

Amber Heard Broke?

According to the New York Post, Amber Heard is presently "broke" following the shocking court case and public controversy involving her and her ex-husband, Johnny Depp.

She has lost acting jobs as a result of her loss.

The jury ordered her to pay the "Edward Scissorhands" actress after Savannah Gutherie of "Today" questioned lawyer Elaine Bredehoft if Heard could pay the $10.35 million, and she underlined, "Oh, no, definitely not."

However, according to the source, the court fees may not be the only item draining her money because she has been spending on other things such as clothes, vacation, presents, and wine.

Amber Heard apparently changed lawyers and now relies on her homeowner's insurance coverage to pay for her current attorneys.

The insurance is used to pay legal expenses, and it is supposedly a frequent practice.

Heard was also given $2 million in damages by the jury after the jury determined that one of Depp's former lawyers' remarks against her were equally defamatory.
