Whitney Henriquez, Amber Heard's sister, is standing by her sister, despite claims that she is only doing so because she is compelled to.

Whitney made her first public statement on Sunday, following Amber's defamation trial with ex-husband Johnny Depp.

"I'm still with you, sissy," she said on Instagram.

Whitney testified for the "Aquaman" star, telling a Fairfax, Virginia court that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor had struck her and called her a "whore."

The defamation trial concluded last Wednesday, with the jury ruling in Johnny's favor and ordering Amber to pay $10.35 million in damages.

In the Instagram comment, the Hollywood actress's younger sister said, "We knew this was going to be a difficult struggle with the odds stacked against us. But you stepped up and spoke up anyhow," she said, adding, "#istandwithamberheard."

Whitney Henriquez closed the post, "I am so proud to testify for you, and I would do it a million times over because I know what I witnessed, and the truth is always on your side."

She 'Lied' For Amber Heard, According To Social Media

However, social media is aware that Amber Heard has recently compelled her sister Whitney Henriquez to testify on her behalf.

According to one Twitter user, "[Whitney Henriquez] will be abused by her sister until she finally leaves. It's a shame she still doesn't realize this and has decided to go down with [Amber Heard]."

Amber and Whitney are both "gold-digging girls," according to anothersocial media user.

Others, though, believe Whitney can yet turn things around and speak the truth.

A Twitter user challenged Amber's 34-year-old younger sister, "We already know you lied to Amber Heard! We all witnessed and heard it! You had the opportunity to put things right. It is not too late for any of you."

Whitney Henriquez is covering for Amber Heard, according to fans, since her former supervisor and friend Jennifer Howell informed the court that she is.

"She is doing something terribly wrong by supporting her accusations of assault against Johnny Depp," Jennifer testified.

Both Amber and Whitney reportedly experienced mental and physical abuse from their father as children, which is why the two sisters have such a tight affinity.

Whitney even said, "We would definitely protect each other during a cross-examination."

Except for her sister Whitney, no other friend or celebrity was there and sat in court to support Amber Heard during the whole six-week trial.
