Actor, Director and Writer Taika Waititi and singer Rita Ora have officially gotten engaged to one another. We are thrilled for the couple.
The two have been dating for approximately a year and a half; They made their relationship known to the world at the red carpet premiere of the well-loved film The Suicide Squad.
While there romantic relationship has not known to have been that long to the public, Taika Waititi and Rita Ora have been close friends for years.
This engagement came at an incredibly mutual time. What does that mean? Well, according to an article on The Sun, the two simultaneously proposed to each other. A friend of the happy couple shared that:
"They didn't do a whole, 'Will you marry me?' thing and an Instagram post...There's no ring or big build-up. They just got closer and closer and eventually said to each other almost simultaneously, 'I want to marry you'...It's actually really romantic and just exactly the way they are together."
