Prince Charles WON'T Be King? UK Leaders Call Out Future Monarch Due to This
Prince Charles broke a royal protocol once again — and he did not impress the UK leaders.
Prince Charles sparked concerns again before becoming king as the future monarch could not help but break an important protocol.
Recently, the Prince of Wales commented on the new policy related to Rwanda's migrant scheme. He expressed his disappointment toward the practice as it leads to deporting migrants.
Amid his opposition, the official residence of the Prime Minister's office and other UK leaders responded to the prince's opinion and warned him that his political tendencies could "present serious constitutional issues" once he becomes king.
"Prince Charles is an adornment to our public life, but that will cease to be charming if he attempts to behave the same way when he is king. That will present serious constitutional issues," an unnamed senior cabinet member told the Sunday Times.
The official added that the disagreements between the government and British Royals should never be publicized. While they assured that the cabinet listens to them privately, Prince Charles' private interventions ruined it already by breaking that protocol numerous times.
Meanwhile, another cabinet member expects Prince Charles to stop his comments in politics once he succeeds on the throne.
Prince Charles Won't Be King?
Due to Prince Charles' continuous involvement in politics, more cabinet members spoke anonymously, saying that the future king misunderstood his role.
"The trouble with Charles is that he thinks he needs to be interesting and he thinks people are interested in what he thinks," an official said.
Prince Charles infamously caused the rift between the UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the royals. For what it's worth, Prince Charles said he could not abide his lateness.
The royal family has since released a statement assuring royal fans that the Prince of Wales would act politically neutral when he inherits the throne from Queen Elizabeth II.
Previously, Rita Panahi told Sky News that Prince Charles could pollute and damage the royal family's image with his political views. A report even revealed that he had an intense connection with politicians over his reign as Prince of Wales numerous times.
Royal expert Dickie Arbiter also said in the ITV documentary "Inside the Crown: Secrets of the Royals," that the prince could ruin the firm as his political comments could divide opinions rather than unite people.
He then suggested Prince Charles "constitutionally keep his mouth shut" once he takes over since he has broken the royal household's neutrality numerous times already.
