Simone Ashley has some very clear ideas for what she believes the Bridgerton future of the Kanthony relationship should hold.

Simone Ashley and Jonathan Bailey stole our hearts as the leads of Bridgerton season two's epic enemies-to-lovers-why'd-you-propose-to-my-sister story. Both actors have signed on to continue into the next season of the Regency Era romance.

While specific plotlines for the coming season can only be cobbled together through the book series by Julia Quinn, Ashley herself has some pretty specific ideas about where she thinks the story-line of the Viscount and Viscountess should go from here.

In an interview with IMDb, Simone Ashley shared that she thinks the two should have a baby. As they navigate leading the household together as a team, she thinks it would be a fun dynamic challenge to watch them become partners in another right.

We must say, we totally agree.

The actor said plainly:

"I'm excited to see Kate become Viscountess and head of the household. I think she has much to learn from Anthony. They'll be two little partners, doing it together. I'd love to see them have a baby to put it simply. Maybe that will happen, maybe it won't. But hopefully it will."

It has become known that the third season will deviate from the original order from the books in order to make the series run in a more straightforward chronilogical order. As Colin and Penelope come to center screen, will we see a new child in the Bridgerton household?

We will just have to wait for season three to see if this storyline sees the Netflix screen.
