A new Game of Thrones spin-off series about well-loved character Jon Snow.
You must know something Jon Snow...otherwise why would you be coming back for a new Game of Thrones spin-off series. In an exclusive from The Hollywood Reporter it was also announced that Kit Harrington, the actor who originated the role in the iconic series is attached to the project, ready to reprise his role. He was nominated twice for an Emmy Award for this role, and with this show, maybe he will take the win.
While the new Game of Thrones series House of the Dragon is a prequel that takes place two hundred years prior to the start of the original series, this new Jon Snow based spin-off will take place after the conclusion of the original series. This also sets a promising foreground for the potential return of other familiar faces we saw throughout the show.
Although the spin-offs differ in time period, they actually share a similar thematic core. House of the Dragon follows the history and lineage of the Targaryen family.
