Amber Heard Trying To Get Sued Again? Experts, Johnny Depp's Fans Send Warning!
Amber Heard might ignite another legal battle due to her recent defamatory statements.
After saying that she only wants her and Johnny Depp to move on before the defamation trial began, the actress seemingly could not do it herself as she doubled down on her claims again that the actor abused her.
Heard recently appeared in an exclusive interview with Savannah Guthrie on the "TODAY" show wherein she repeatedly beat Depp again and insisted that she was the victim of the actor's abuse.
The "Aquaman" actress also revealed during her appearance that she is afraid of getting sued by Depp again.
"I'm scared that no matter what I do, no matter what I say, or how I say it - every step that I take will present another opportunity for this sort of - silencing, which is what, I guess, a defamation lawsuit is meant to do," she said.
But with her words and actions, experts believe that the actress herself is asking to be sued again.
Amber Heard Harming Herself With Reckless Tirades
Following the release of her interview, experts and Depp's supporters warned Heard that her defamatory statements could - once again - lead to another legal showdown.
In a statement to Daily Mail, Romano Law entertainment lawyer, Nicole Haff, said that the actress's comments could backfire and result in another lawsuit from the actor.
However, it is a little tricky as Depp's lawyers know the "Aquaman" star could not pay the recent defamation trial's $10.35 million damages.
Still, criminal and civil rights trial lawyer Josh Schiffer clarified to NewsNation's "Banfield" that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor holds more power now. Unfortunately for Heard, it could cause her to hit the deepest and darkest part of her life and career even more.
"It really seems like an odd choice to go out, as much as I understand she believes her testimony. That is her truth, and I applaud everybody for standing up for what they think is truth. Lots of people are disappointed in our justice system. Remember, in every case, somebody wins and somebody loses," Schiffer said.
Meanwhile, "The Reputation Doctor" Mike Paul noted the difference between publicity and litigation-support PR. He particularly talked about Heard's statement that social media made her lose the case.
With that, she just purportedly showed that she does not have the truth all along.
