Kourtney Kardashian Kids Spending Father's Day With Travis Barker or Scott Disick?
For a mixed family, Father's Day is always challenging and confusing - especially for Kourtney Kardashian.
However, she and her husband Travis Barker want to make things go as smoothly as possible.
While she co-parents her three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign, with Scott Disick, and Travis co-parents Landon and Alabama with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, it appears like the parents have some preparations in place to make Father's Day a very memorable celebration for everyone.
According to a Hollywood Life source, the Poosh founder is aware that Kourtney's ex-boyfriend would want to spend Father's Day with their children. So it's a guarantee that Scott will spend time with the group this Sunday.
However, what are Travis' plans now?
The insider claims that Kourtney will not accompany Travis to spend time with his children, but that there will be a Kourtney-Travis party with their blended family.
"Kourtney and her kids will have their celebration with Travis so they can celebrate their new stepdad," the insider explained. "She feels so lucky how effortless the whole transition was done and she's delighted to enjoy Travis's very first Father's Day as a stepfather with them the whole family."
Another insider confirmed the first comment, noting that the reality star understands how important Father's Day is to Scott and would never want to deprive him of it, especially since he has matured into the sort of father Kourtney always desired for their children.
"They have an unshakeable bond with Scott."
Meanwhile, the Blink 182 drummer is said to be doing his best to be close to his wife's young children, as he is patient and will give them as much time as they need to acclimatize to him as their new stepfather.
Not only that, but according to the insider, Travis would "do anything for them since they are hers."
However, another insider stated that Travis Barker is trying to create a bond with Kourtney Kardashian's children and allow the kids to set the pace so that he does not come across as a demanding person.
He also allegedly understands that he will never be able to replace Scott Disick as their biological father, but he is fine with it and takes pleasure in being a "strong step-dad," according to a third source.
