Kelly Clarkson Relief: Problem With Brandon Blackstock Finally Over After This Big Move?
Kelly Clarkson has been unable to evict her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock from her Montana property in recent months.
But he appears to have changed his mind after acquiring a $1.8 million Montana property to call his own.
Berkshire Hathaway House Services Montana Properties, the agent that advertised the home Blackstock purchased, verified to Radar that it was listed for less than $2 million. However, it is unknown how much the music manager paid for the 40-acre property.
The house also boasts four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a barn, a steam room, and a greenhouse, according to reports.
Brandon Blackstock's recent move follows allegations that he intends to abandon the entertainment world and concentrate on cattle farming.
The 45-year-old businessman apparently changed his name from Vintage Valley Ranch to Bar V Cattle Co. recently.
According to the publication, Blackstock's acquisition comes after Kelly Clarkson unsuccessfully attempted to have him ejected from her Montana estate.
"Kelly just experienced a huge legal defeat in an effort to get Brandon removed from the Montana home that the judge gave completely to her," a source told the magazine in December.
"He has been living in it and has stated that he does not have the financial wherewithal to purchase his own home at this time, citing the unresolved financial element of their divorce."

The "Since U Been Gone" singer finally decided to pay her ex-husband over 5% of the Montana ranch, which equates to over $1 million of the ranch's total worth of $17.75 million.
This is just the latest twist in Clarkson and Blackstock's divorce fight, which began when the former "American Idol" contestant filed for divorce in 2020 due to "irreconcilable differences."
Despite the fact that the couple divorced earlier this year, a judge determined that Blackstock may stay at the ranch until June if he paid Clarkson $12,500 per month in rent.
The "Kelly Clarkson Show" host was also ordered to pay Blackstock $160,000 every month until January 2024, including $115,000 in spousal support and $45,600 in child support.
According to a source last year, she is OK and going on with her life after being formally divorced in August 2021.
"She enjoys having the kids for the large majority of the time and spending time with them."
