Wendy Williams NOT Returning To TV But Already Has This Planned Instead
Wendy Williams may have already realized that her program and a return to television are unlikely to materialize anytime soon.
She is apparently dismissing the notion and has concluded that being a podcast host would be a better match for her in this situation.
According to TMZ, the 56-year-old has lined up celebs to appear on the show.
Wendy, according to her manager Will Selby, has no desire to remain on television full-time, despite the fact that her 13-season daytime show was one of the most successful series ever made.
Will is claimed to be executive producing Wendy's highly awaited return as a podcast, and he even confirmed to the site that two big-name guests, Fat Joe and Snoop Dogg, have already been asked to appear in the first few episodes.
Wendy Williams is also said to be aiming to devote more time to her personal musical favorites.
Not only will those two rappers be there, but Wendy has also invited the Kardashians and members of the Trump family, according to TMZ.
The manager hasn't told the publication which one is from the Trump family, but following recent developments in Washington, any of them may be a "big catch."
Wendy Williams' departure from television follows reports that she is "sickened" by the abrupt cancellation of "The Wendy Williams Show."
According to sources who spoke to The Sun, the former radio personality is "very upset" by how her reign on television ended.
They stated a week before the show's cancellation, "Consider this your kid, which you've been working on for years. What are your thoughts?"
"And it's all over, and it's critical that it's all over and in your face-of course, she's wounded."
On June 20, just a few days after the completion of her exhibition, her famous billboard on Manhattan's 26th Street was dismantled.
Another insider told the newspaper that every production memento from "The Wendy Williams Show" was thrown away soon after the melancholy finale on June 17.
Fans were allegedly disappointed that the show's finale broadcast despite the absence of Wendy Williams herself.
Wendy has been absent from her show for about a year due to health issues.
