Prince William and his family dealt with a creepy paparazzo stalker who filmed the Cambridge children.

The royal family members have been dealing with privacy issues due to the immense spotlight they receive as public figures. Among them, Prince William was recorded angrily shouting at a photographer stalking his children.

A newly unearthed video, which has since been taken down by YouTube, recently went viral as it captured the Duke of Cambridge losing his temper with a paparazzo. The video also reached other social media platforms.

The three-minute video shows the royal prince yelling at a man who stalked his kids. His wife, Kate, and their children - Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis - were nearby when he confronted the man. The family was biking the rural royal retreat of Sandringham House.

Prince William told the photographer that he was looking for the family, with his wife adding (per Independent UK), "We are out for a bike ride with our children, we saw you by our house."

The photographer can be heard saying that he was only using public roads and denied stalking the family. But his identity - Terry Harris - was eventually confirmed, as well as the fact that he is indeed a press.

His online bio also says he is a photographer and drone operator with an official accreditation as a news gatherer.

At the end of the clip, Prince William told the man, "I'm out for a quiet bike ride with my children on a Saturday, and you won't even give me your name. You're outrageous, you're disgusting, you really are...Why are you here? Thanks for ruining our day...I thought you guys had learned by now,"

Palace Responds to Viral Video

After the clip came out, Kensington Palace released a statement calling the video a breach of the family's privacy.

As stated by The Telegraph, the Kensington Palace asked for it to be removed from different social media platforms. Its staff previously appealed for unauthorized photographs of Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis to be taken down since it broke their usual policy about privacy.

Before the incident, Prince William had already warned the public about the dangers of social media networks. In 2018, he said that the public has been suffering from privacy invasion for years.

"I am very concerned though that on every challenge they face - fake news, extremism, polarisation, hate speech, trolling, mental health, privacy, and bullying - our tech leaders seem to be on the back foot," he said. "Their self-image is so grounded in their positive power for good that they seem unable to engage in constructive discussion about the social problems that they are creating."
