Hit FX Restaurant Drama 'The Bear' Starring Jeremy Allen White Picked Up For a Second Season on Hulu
The Bear has been officially renewed for season two.
The Bear has quickly become a fan favorite drama on Hulu. The series aired its first season in late June of the this year. The show stars Shameless actor Jeremy Allen White in the main role. It is a restaurant drama.
Specifically, it chronicles the trying tale of a man named Carmen, who is played by White, who comes to run his family's sandwich shop in Chicago. This is a change of pace for the chef known affectionately as Carmy. He was previously working in fine-dining, but he returned to help his family after his brother's tragic suicide. It is a show filled with tension, troubles, and heart. It is no wonder fans have been instantly hooked on the show.
Due to the infatuation with The Bear, it has already been confirmed that FX has renewed the successful show for a second season. The show's incredible success has been lauded by all, including those behind the scenes at the powerful company. Eric Schrier, the FX Entertainment President, released a statement about The Bear sharing:
