Wendy Williams Health Getting Worse? Host Reportedly Looks Frailer Than Ever
Wendy Williams continues to show worrying signs of declining health despite recently announcing her podcast.
The buzzes surrounding Williams' health are far from over after the former talk show host was spotted looking frail and showing bizarre behaviors recently.
The Sun reported that Williams was seen walking barefoot and only wearing a Versace bathrobe in her building lobby. The news outlet noted that she looked frail and confused in the photos that have since gone viral.
In one photo, Williams can be seen leaning against the front of a desk with her eyes wide and mouth open. She also looked unsure where she was going in another, seemingly confirming that she is indeed suffering memory issues.
For what it's worth, a separate article by The Sun quoted a source's statement insisting that the "Wendy Williams Show" show is no longer living in reality and is already "out of it."
Others also disclosed to the news outlet that Williams often forgets who she is speaking to.
"You can be on the phone with her, and she will ask who she's speaking to. It's happening to everyone in her circle," another insider said.
The rumors came out due to Williams' claims that she married an NYPD officer named Henry. Selby himself clarified to Page Six that the host is yet to marry the police and only established the relationship recently. The relationship is reportedly in "really, really early stages."
Wendy Williams' Memory Issues Explored
It was not the first time she dealt with memory issues, though.
When she took a break from "The Wendy Williams Show," rumors about early-onset dementia emerged. Her younger brother, Tommy, quickly debunked the claims and said they do not have concerns regarding her mental state.
"We haven't had any alerts like that and I haven't seen anything like that or have had conversations with her that would lead me to believe that," he said. "My dad speaks with Wendy frequently. So no, we don't have any concerns concerning her mental state. It's all physical."

In reality, Williams has been open about her Graves' disease diagnosis, which leads to overproduction of thyroid hormones or hyperthyroidism. Her bulging eyes also confirmed that she still got the disease.
She also confirmed that she was diagnosed with lymphedema. She first revealed it during a 2019 episode of her show.
According to the National Cancer Institute, the condition refers to the build-up of fluid in a patient's soft body tissues. It occurs when the lymph system is blocked or damaged, thus, it causes swelling.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention adds that the swelling may develop quickly or slowly for months.
