Amber Heard is not done fighting Johnny Depp in court, and it seems like she's more determined to win than ever.

Following weeks of bombshell accusations and allegations by both her and Depp, the "Aquaman" actress has allegedly fired the majority of her legal team, including her primary attorney Elaine Bredehoft.

With notifications of their intended appeals, the two sides will get another shot at the courts.

After a six-week trial, a Virginia jury awarded the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor $10.4 million on June 1, while Amber Heard received $2 million.

With Bredehoft gone, Deadline reported that Heard hired David L. Axelrod and Jay Ward to defend her in her quest to overturn the two-month-old ruling.

Benjamin Rottenborn, who was also involved in the previous trial, will continue to serve as co-counsel.

The decision to hire two additional attorneys was made public today in an Old Dominion court file, and it is evident that the blonde beauty's appeal will focus on the First Amendment side of her legal struggle with Depp.

"We appreciate the chance to defend Ms. Heard in her appeal since it is a case with serious First Amendment consequences for every American," her newly hired lawyers said in a statement.

"We are optimistic that the appellate court will interpret the law correctly, without regard for public opinion, reverse the ruling against Ms. Heard, and reaffirm the basic values of free expression."

While Elaine Bredehoft lost her job as Heard's lawyer, Johnny Depp's career is thriving, thanks to his landslide victory throughout the trial.

Not only was the jury on Depp's side, but so was the internet. And it appears that his Hollywood career is back on track as a result of his victory.

He lost numerous projects as a result of Heard's domestic abuse allegations against him, as previously reported.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Depp will helm his first film in 25 years, with Al Pacino co-producing.

The father-of-two is scheduled to direct "Modigliani," a biopic on the Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani.

It is based on Dennis McIntyre's play, which was adapted for the cinema by Jerzy and Mary Kromolowski.

According to the publication, the film will depict the narrative of a sculptor and painter in Paris in 1916 as he navigates a difficult and eventful 48 hours that proved a turning point in his life.

The production will allegedly take place in Europe, with filming beginning in the spring of 2023. The casting will be revealed soon.
