Princess Diana's Tragic Car Crash Plotted? Late Royal Predicted Accident in Newly-Unearthed Letter
Princess Diana reportedly predicted two years before her death that she might be killed or injured in a car accident.
Weeks before the death anniversary of the Princess of Wales, shocking details about her death - including theories - have been put under the spotlight.
The four-part Discovery+ docuseries, "The Diana Investigations," which premiered on August 18, highlighted a statement from Princess Diana's legal advisor, Victor Mishcon.
According to him, the late royal received tips from "reliable sources" about a stage car accident that would happen. Mishcon also disclosed the notes when he met London's Metropolitan Police commissioner, Sir Paul Condon, during a meeting after her death.
However, talks about the notes were not publicized not until John Stevens became the commissioner.
"When the coroner announced his inquest, I made sure that letter was immediately given to the royal coroner, who at that time was Michael Burgess and then subsequently became Lord Justice Scott Baker," Stevens explained.
Stevens reportedly visited Mishcon before he died in 2005. The legal advisor said he thought Princess Diana was only paranoid.
But even an ex-royal chef was aware of this story.
Was Princess Diana Killed?
In the film "Spencer," Kristen Stewart, who played the role of Princess Diana, talked to a palace chef and asked him if "they" would kill her.
The question led to conspiracy theories, with people alleging that Prince Charles was involved in the high-speed crash that killed the royal princess.
Princess Diana's real-life chef sat down for an interview with The Post and discussed the statement about her car being tampered with to cause an accident.

Chef Darren McGrady recalled one instance when the Princess said a similar statement. According to him, she drove the princess to a gas station since she had second thoughts about driving herself alone.
"She joked: 'Watch the brakes, Darren. I think someone's been tampering with them,'" he recalled.
Meanwhile, former bodyguard Lee Sansum also said Princess Diana was worried she might be assassinated like her friend, Gianni Versace.
"She asked if I thought his murder outside his home was a professional killing. I thought it was. Then she said something that always stayed with me - 'Do you think they'll do that to me?' She was shaking and it was clear from her tone that she really thought that they might, whoever 'they' might be," he said.
