Jessica Simpson has been inspiring her fans with her weight loss journey.

After starting her journey to lose some weight, Simpson turned people's heads through her recent bikini photo during her vacation in Mexico.

The 42-year-old actress and singer posed for a snap on Instagram, flaunting her now ripped and healthy body while enjoying the beach in Cabo San Lucas.

Simpson posted another photo the next day, showing off her swimwear photo and complementing it with a pair of brown high heels.

Although her fans feel happy with her recent milestone in her fitness journey, some expressed their concerns as they think she looks extremely thin in the new posts.

As quoted by The Sun, some fans asked her to stop losing weight and prioritize her health instead.

Meanwhile, others defended her and told everyone to mind their own business and support Simpson instead.

It was not the first time she sparked concern, though.

In May, she also flaunted her thin frame in a photo. At that time, people also called her out for being too skinny.

But amid the critical comments, her journey remains an inspiration to everyone.

How Jessica Simpson Managed To Lose Weight

Ever since she welcomed her baby no. 3 in March 2019, Simpson decided to adopt lifestyle changes and follow routines to lose weight.

In an episode of "The Real" (via Entertainment Tonight), the matriarch noted that she focused on making small lifestyle changes first before losing at least 100 lbs.

"I call it determined patience. I believe in setting small goals for yourself, because in my life and how I've done it, there's easy ways to throw in the towel and just feel like it's impossible," she said. "So, the small goals for me are what helped me achieve the main goal."

As reported by TODAY, Simpson's trainer, Harley Pasternak, always makes sure that she has at least 14,000 steps per day. The actress reportedly started by walking 6,000 steps per day.

As she continued the routine, she increased the number of steps until she reached 14,000 marks.

In addition, Simpson worked on her mental health to support her weight loss journey and consumed three healthy, protein-rich meals a day. She also has two snacks every day.

Lastly, Pasternak completed the routine by making Simpson get enough of sleep - or at least seven hours a night.
