'RHOBH' Star Diana Jenkins Condemns Human-Trafficking Claims: 'I Will No Longer Sit Back'
"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Diana Jenkins is determined to set the record straight amidst malicious claims linking her to Jeffrey Epstein.
Sanela Diana Jenkins is a human rights activist, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. She recently joined the cast of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in May 2022 for its 12th season.
According to Page Six, the philanthropist is "on a mission" to restore her reputation amidst rumors of her being involved in Jeffrey Epstein's human-trafficking ring. Most of these rumors were found in Reddit threads and blog posts. These claims date back to 2012, which the reality star has addressed in an episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" as "very dangerous".
"She wants to end these lies about Epstein and being a madame," a source told Page Six. "She's not just doing this because she's bored. People keep on repeating the lies, and she wants them to stop."
Now, the 49-year-old reality star has taken action by sending out cease-and-desist letters to bloggers and publications that continue to perpetrate false claims linking her to the sex-trafficking scheme. Jenkin's legal team, specifically Attorney J. Erik Connolly, wrote in one of the letters:
"I write to demand that you immediately remove these false and defamatory statements and issue notices acknowledging that you had no factual basis for any of the statements and implications made about Ms. Jenkins. Your continued publication of these statements will be met with immediate legal action by Ms. Jenkins."
According to the source, names and content creators that received these letters include: "Enty Lawyer, Sharrell, Jezebel, Gawker, Heavy, "Sexy Unique Podcast," the South China Morning Post and former "RHOBH" personality Dana Wilkey". As of now, no statements have been made from these given names, but the source noted that more letters will be sent.
