Chris Rock is under fire for the "distasteful" joke he made about Nicole Brown Simpson's murder.

Brown's sister finally broke her silence after Rock made fun of the death of OJ Simpson's late wife while explaining the offer he got from the Oscars.

In a post on Instagram, Tanya Brown called it "distasteful," saying that the horrible joke about her sister's death which she read on Tuesday morning. She also shared a photo of the comedian from the Oscars.

She also took her time to side with the Smiths and called Rock out over his "G.I Jane" joke toward Jada Pinkett Smith. The incident led Will Smith to slap him on stage.

"Nothing funny about his joke towards Jada as she suffers from a physical condition and nothing funny about equating an Oscar host invitation to a double homicide. I always thought he was funny, but he crossed the line with this one," Tanya went on.

She strongly ended her post by issuing him a warning not to use Brown's name anymore in his comedy act.

Rock has not responded to the recent backlash, but it caused him to lose his supporters.

Will Smith spoke up about the Oscars incident in a YouTube video, titled, "It's been a minute," and apologized to Rock over the regrettable situation.
