America's Got Talent aired its third live show of the season Tuesday night, featuring 12 of the 60 quarter-finalists competing for four slots in the semifinals.

Here are some highlights from Tuesday night's performance show:

Chicago Boyz:

This troupe of dancers started with jump ropes before doing back flips and gymnastic moves. They then used one of the dancers as a human jump rope. All four judges gave them a standing ovation, with judge Howard Stern saying that they deserved to stay in the competition.

Deanna DellaCioppa:

Singing I Want to Know What Love Is by Foreigner, this singer stunned the judges with a powerful performance. Judge Mel B called her performance "flawless" and Heidi Klum said that she "nailed" it.

Jonathan Allen:

This classical singer performed a cover of The Impossible Dream (The Quest) from Man of La Mancha. Judge Howie Mandel said that there was no dream that was impossible and that Allen was living his dream now.

Kenichi Ebina:

This "popping" dancer performed as if in a video game, dancing in sync with the video screen behind him. Mandel said that he deserved to win the competition this year. Stern said that his performance was "genius" and called him the whole package.

The American Military Spouses Choir:

This 36-woman choir of military wives sang Hero by Mariah Carey, with American imagery displayed in the background. Mel B started crying after their performance and Klum said that they picked the perfect song.

America's Got Talent will air the results show for Tuesday's 12 acts at 9 p.m. Wednesday on NBC. The top 3 acts with the most votes will automatically be sent through to the semifinals and the judges will choose which of the 4th and 5th place acts goes through with them.
