Royal Rift NOT Over: Prince William, Kate Never Forgiving Meghan Markle, Says Source
Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, are not planning to reconcile with Meghan Markle, royal watchers claimed.
Years after the royal Fab Four broke up, Prince William, Kate, Prince Harry, and Meghan reunited again after Queen Elizabeth II's death to talk to the royal fans outside Windsor Castle. Photos of them seemingly gave hope to royal fans who want them to work together again - but that can never be the case.
Insiders recently spoke to Radar Online, saying that the "cordial" photos are deceiving.
"While William might have invited Harry and Meghan on the walkabout, he did it to protect one institution: the monarchy. He has not forgiven Harry for everything that he has done to the family, and the death of the Queen won't mend that open wound," the insider said.
Meanwhile, the Duchess of Cambridge reportedly still has her guard up as she does not want to become part of Prince Harry's book or Meghan's podcast.
For what it's worth, the Duke of Sussex already revealed that he would not cancel his book. Instead, he will update it to include Queen Elizabeth II's death.
Because of his decision, royal insiders revealed that Prince William and Kate would never forgive Meghan for everything she has done to the royal family. They also warned that the interaction of the Sussexes with other royals would be nothing but sweet talk.
Sussexes Snubbed Again
The insiders' comments came after Buckingham Palace announced that only working royals would join the state event on Sunday hosted by King Charles III.
As quoted by Hello Magazine, the upcoming event will be held for working royals, heads of state, official overseas guests, and more important persons before Queen Elizabeth II's funeral on Monday.

That means Prince Andrew, Prince Harry, and Meghan would not appear at the special event.
The Sussexes also garnered criticisms when they held hands as they exited Westminster Hall. Royal fans suggested that it was inappropriate for the occasion. However, others also defended them as Zara Tindall and her husband Mike Tindall also held hands.
Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, did the same thing during Prince Philip's funeral in 2021.
