'Harry Potter': Tom Felton Terrified of Alan Rickman After Accidentally Doing THIS on Set
Tom Felton is popularly known for portraying the role of Darco Malfoy in the "Harry Potter" franchise, but despite his character's attitude in the movies, the actor in real life was left terrified after an accident that happened on set.
In a video posted on his official Instagram account, promoting his memoir "Beyond the Wand: The Magic and Mayhem of Growing Up a Wizard," he was reprimanded by the late Alan Rickman while they were filming a scene for "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince."
While on set, the actor accidentally stepped on the legend's black cloak, to which Rickman reportedly replied: "Don't step on my f****** cloak."
At first, he laughed it off as he thought the late actor was joking at the time until he realized that he wasn't kidding. He described Rickman as "terrifying in the most pleasant way."
Despite feeling scared, production had to continue filming and he became cautious on where he was stepping his foot.
The accident happened after the director was keen for him to walk as close he could to the actor. Felton later noted that the cloak was attached to Rickman's neck and he "nearly killed the poor man" near the Great Hall.
Upon filming the scene again, somebody else stepped on the actor's long black cloak and Felton felt relieved as it took the heat away from him.
