Deadpool' Star T.J. Miller 'Hashed It Out' With Ryan Reynolds After Alleged Feud on Set
Actor T.J. Miller has reportedly made up with Ryan Reynolds after an awkward moment on the set of "Deadpool".
T.J. Miller starred as Weasel, an arms dealer and information broker in the Marvel film "Deadpool". He, later on, reprised his role in the sequel, "Deadpool 2". According to Miller, he and Ryan Reynolds were on good terms in the first "Deadpool" film as Reynolds until a weird moment between them happened on the set of "Deadpool 2".
What Happened on the Set of "Deadpool'?
In a recent interview on "The Adam Corolla Show", Miller recalled the weird moment during the set of the Marvel film when Ryan Reynolds had been "horrifically mean" to him almost as if Reynolds treated him as his character, Weasel.
Additionally, T.J. Miller revealed that he was not asked to reprise his role in the upcoming "Deadpool 3" and expressed that he would not agree to go back even if they pay him twice as much.
Ryan and T.J. 'Hashed It Out'
In a recent interview with SiriusXM, T.J. Miller clarified that he and Ryan Reynolds are on good terms after the latter issued him an apology via email.
"He emailed me the next day and kind of said this is, and it was, a misunderstanding. So I emailed him back and now, it's fine."
T.J. later explained. "It was very cool for him to say 'Hey, I just heard on the show that you were upset about this' and I kind of said, 'You know, I'm not,' and then we sort of just hashed it out really quickly."
Additionally, T.J. Miller clarifies that the alleged bad blood between him and Ryan did not exist, as he did actually feel offended over what Ryan said to him, as his previous words were taken out of context.
"What's ridiculous is it was just me telling a story from on set that I thought that was weird. And that's a big problem I have in general is kind of not thinking about what the repercussions of saying this or that will be." He shared. "And so, I feel bad that it was picked up and that it was misconstrued for sure, but no. It was the next day. He and I talked and it's fine."
