However, in Matthew Perry's recent memoir titled, "Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing", the actor may have dropped a bombshell line regarding famed actor Keanu Reeves.

Matthew Perry Wants Keanu Reeves Dead?
In his latest memoir, the 53-year-old actor expressed his frustration and grief on the death of his friend, River Phoenix, who had also been his co-star in his first film, "A Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon".
In an oddly-specific and intense line, Matthew Perry seemed to imply that he'd prefer "The Matrix" actor dead over his late friend.
"River was a beautiful man, inside and out," Perry writes. "Too beautiful for this world, it turned out. It always seems to be the really talented guys who go down. Why is it that the original thinkers like River Phoenix and Heath Ledger die, but Keanu Reeves still walks among us?" Matthew Perry wrote repeatedly in the line in his memoir: "I punched a hole through Jennifer Aniston's dressing room wall when I found out. Keanu Reeves walks among us."
According to reports, Matthew Perry and Keanu Reeves have not starred in any projects together to imply any history between the two. Following his controversial line in the memoir, netizens took to social media to express their disapproval of Matthew's remark, with most siding with Keanu Reeves.
Matthew Perry Sets the Record Straight on Keanu Reeves Line
However, according to a report from Deadline, Matthew Perry has since clarified the reason for the controversial Keanu Reeves remark. According to the "Friends" star, there was no specific hate for the "John Wick" actor, and apologized for any confusion or offense he has caused.
"I'm actually a big fan of Keanu," Perry's says in a statement. "I just chose a random name, my mistake. I apologize. I should have used my own name instead."
