Oppenheimer has been released in theatres to an absolutely EXPLOSIVE opening weekend!

People have been counting down the days until the fateful day when both Barbie and Oppenheimer would open in theatres. This day has finally come, and moviegoers everywhere were not disappointed. Oppenheimer, the highly anticipated movie chronicling the life of the enigmatic physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, has left all who have seen it enthralled by the facinating history of the piece.

Helmed by visionary director Christopher Nolan, Oppenheimer boasts a star-studded cast led by the spellbinding talents of the charismatic Cillian Murphy, who masterfully portrays the complex character of J. Robert Oppenheimer. Further elevating the film is the ever enigmatic Florence Pugh. The star, a champion verteran of the screen, gives devestating and dynaic life to the character Jean Tatlock. In it's opening weekend the film grossed aproximately $80.5 million, which is a substantial shot above what the film was originally predicted to make. This success can largely be credited to the frenetic excitement generated by the simultaneous Barbie release date.
