Travis Kelce New House: Inside Taylor Swift’s Boyfriend’s $6 Million Mansion
Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce - American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift's new boyfriend - reportedly bought a new $6 million mansion in Leawood, Kansas.
According to Fox Business, Kelce's new property is a lavish 17,000 square-foot estate, a huge upgrade from his previous custom seven-bedroom 4,200 square-foot mansion in Briarcliff West, Kansas City.
Kelce reportedly purchased his new mansion after signing a four-year $57 million extension with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Kelce leveled up his living situation when he reportedly felt that his former humble abode wasn't befitting of her multi-Grammy award-winning girlfriend, per the New York Post.
Aside from wanting to impress his mega pop star girlfriend, Kelce's old house has become a "tourist attraction" after his relationship with Taylor Swift became public.
Kelce's new home is over three times bigger than his old house. More than that, it is more secluded and comfortable for the high-profile couple.
The $6 million mansion, built in 1998, reportedly has six bedrooms and six baths. Its luxurious amenities include a six-car garage, a wine cellar, a "Beverly Hills"-style pool area, a lighted tennis and pickleball court and a miniature golf course.
It is a big upgrade from his previous $995,000 seven-bedroom mansion with five bathrooms, two half baths, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a recreation room, a gym and a wine storage with a built-in bar. And though smaller than his new luxury mansion, his former abode has a swimming pool with a gazebo, a private balcony, a theater room and a study.
Other real estate properties Kelce owns include a $350,000 condo in Orlando, Florida, which he shares with his parents and brother. He also has a luxury rental in One Light Luxury in Kansas City, Missouri, per the New York Post.
Meanwhile, his girlfriend Taylor reportedly has properties in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City and Rhode Island, among others - reportedly valued at $150 million.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce first sparked relationship rumors when the latter was spotted at the former's "The Eras" tour at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas last July 8.
Most recently, on Oct. 23, Taylor was captured kissing Travis on his cheek.
