The newest trailer for "1000-Lb Sisters" Season 5 follows Tammy Slaton's exit from a rehab center after staying there for over a year.

TLC dropped the trailer for the newest season of "1000-Lb Sisters." The promo begins with an upbeat note, with Tammy making significant progress in her weight loss journey.

In the clip, she announces leaving Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburgh, Ohio, after staying there for 14 months. However, she has to leave her husband, Caleb Willington, behind as he struggles to maintain his weight loss and isn't approved to leave the facility.

"I can't imagine walking out of this place without my husband, but I lost almost 300 pounds and I'm ready to conquer the world," Tammy says.

Tammy's return to her family is met with laughter. In one scene, Tammy and Amy struggle to pen a jar of pickles. Tammy teases her sister, "You got two children, I thought you knew how to handle a pickle."

"I'm used to the bigger pickles," Amy shoots back, causing the two siblings to burst into laughter.

Tammy's half-sisters Amanda and Misty seek approval for weight loss surgery, which Tammy had in 2022 and Amy had in 2020. Amy jokingly quips if they get a family discount.

However, the trailer turns dramatic when Tammy speaks to her husband over the phone and Caleb tells her he has put on more weight while they are away. Tammy admits it bothers her that Caleb backslides and she isn't sure if "he has the strength to do this on his own."

On the other hand, Amy's marriage to her husband of 6 years, Michael Halterman, is falling apart. The couple shares two sons, Gage Dean, 3, and Glen Allen, 1. Amy feels that she's doing all the work and doesn't have the support from her spouse.

"I am very overwhelmed, stressed-out, and Michael ain't doing s-," Amy says. "Every aspect of my life is chaotic because I have no support."

Amanda later tells Amy that she has a husband who is "perfectly capable" of looking after their children for her to have a moment. However, Amy says, "I feel like I'm at my breaking point."

A heated confrontation ensues between Michael and Amanda, with the latter demanding the former to give Amy her debit card. Amy eventually asks Michael to "get out of my house."

"I didn't know, coming home, the world was going to fall apart," Amy says in the preview.

Caleb passed away in July, shortly after the scenes in the first trailer were filmed. He was 40. Tammy paid tribute to her late husband by sharing photos of them on Instagram.

"Rip sweet angel you will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness," she wrote.

Meanwhile, Amy filed for divorce from Michael earlier this year. In the court documents obtained by Us Weekly, she filed for the dissolution of their marriage on March 13 in Kentucky.

"1000-Lb Sisters" Season 5 premiers on Dec. 12 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on TLC.
