Taylor Swift has added several properties to her real estate portfolio over the years, and one of the most famous, and expensive, is her $50 million New York City compound.

The 33-year-old singer acquired the seven-bedroom, $18 million Tribeca townhouse on Franklin Street from "Lord of the Rings" director Peter Jackson in 2014, Page Six reported.

Swift further expanded her urban haven by acquiring three units in the adjacent building, each purchased for just under $10 million.

Combining the top two floors created an 8,300-square-foot duplex featuring rustic and neoclassical decor.

Swift occasionally provides glimpses into the interior of her opulent Manhattan abode through photos capturing moments with her cats or intimate gatherings with friends.

Swift's dining room, adorned with red walls, features a long wooden dining table, plush velvet couches, vintage red rugs and neoclassical chandeliers.

On the other hand, Swift's kitchen is brighter and more contemporary, with yellow walls, a striking white and gray marble island and ample sunlight streaming through expansive windows.

Wooden beams on the ceiling enhance the farmhouse ambiance. The Grammy-winning artist designed her home for entertaining, featuring a moody wet bar and an elegant pool table.

Stars like Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Gigi Hadid, Martha Hunt, Lily Aldridge, Karlie Kloss and Sophie Turner have visited Swift's residence.

Turner and her children even stayed at the singer's abode amid her divorce and custody battle with now ex-husband Joe Jonas.

Swift's beau, Travis Kelce, was also recently spotted leaving her glamorous pad after a game against the New York Jets.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Swift's real estate portfolio is worth at least $150 million.

In addition to her New York City home, she has purchased properties in Nashville, Tennessee; Beverly Hills, California; and Rhode Island.

Swift can certainly afford to buy more as Bloomberg estimated that the "Anti-Hero" hitmaker is now worth $1 billion following the success of her "Eras Tour."

Meanwhile, in 2021, a mystery buyer became Swift's neighbor after acquiring a unit on the fourth floor of 155 Franklin for $9.99 million, the New York Post reported.

This prewar unit, boasting 3,532 square feet, features a great room with oversized windows, a wood-burning fireplace, and loft-style elements like cast-iron columns and exposed brick.

Douglas Elliman's Kirsten Jordan and Karishma Sani facilitated the sale.

The classic 19th-century building's prestigious history includes notable residents such as comedian Aziz Ansari, Orlando Bloom, and filmmaker Steven Soderbergh.

As Jordan aptly quipped, "Who wouldn't want to share an address and an elevator with Taylor Swift?"
