Britney Spears’ New Boyfriend? Guy In Shirtless Pic Identified, Not Her ‘Uncle’
The mysterious man in the shirtless photo Britney Spears posted and deleted recently on Instagram has now been identified.
The man with the defined back muscles who left the singer's fans puzzled last Tuesday was not Britney's uncle but her best friend and longtime manager, Cade Hudson, per TMZ.
The short hair, facial stubble and sharp jawline of the mysterious "uncle" who was slightly seen in the singer's Instagram post seemed to match Hudson's, according to the outlet.
The two were reportedly spotted together recently in West Hollywood, marking the "Princess of Pop's" first public appearance after releasing her memoir "The Woman In Me."
Britney reportedly posts photos of her best friend, Hudson, once in a while on Instagram.
The 41-year-old American singer teased her Instagram followers last Tuesday night with a shirtless photo of a man and his muscled back taking a mirror selfie.
The now-deleted photo was captioned by Britney with, "This is my uncle! What if his back is my face ?" This mysterious post led fans to wonder who the "uncle" Britney was referring to because the photo didn't show the man's face.
However, as fans knew that the brothers of Britney's parents are much older than the man in the photo, the singer's post left them confused. The hunky man in the photo bears no resemblance to the real uncle Britney fans know of, Willie Spears. Some initially wondered if she was dating a new guy.
The same day Britney posted the mystery "uncle," the "Oops!...I Did It Again" singer also posted a bunch of other photos and video clips, including a snap of her and with her son, an image of the value of pi and videos of her showing her dresses, among others.
In other news, Britney Spears released her memoir "The Woman In Me" last Oct. 24 under Gallery Books, a division of the publishing company Simon & Schuster.
"This is actually a book I didn't know needed to be written. Although some might be offended, it has given me closure on all things for a better future," the pop star said of the book in an Instagram post last Oct. 21.
"Most of the book is from 20 years ago. I have moved on, and it's a beautiful clean slate from here. I am here to establish it that way for the rest of my entire life," she wrote.
"Hopefully, I can enlighten people who feel particularly alone in most cases or hurt or misunderstood," she added.
