Sean "Diddy" Combs faces new allegations of sexual assault and revenge porn just days after settling Cassie's lawsuit.

The new lawsuit was filed in the New York Supreme Court Thursday by a woman named Joie Dickerson-Neal, who accused the music mogul of drugging her, sexually assaulting her and recording the sexual assault in 1991 while she was a college student.

A representative for Combs has denied the allegations, NBC News reported.

The complaint revolves around an alleged incident between Combs and the woman on Jan. 3, 1991, during her winter break from Syracuse University.

She alleged that after going to dinner with him "reluctantly" and accompanying him as he ran errands, Combs "intentionally drugged" her, rendering her unable to stand or walk.

The complaint alleged that Combs then took her to where he was staying to sexually assault her.

She also claimed in the suit that Combs filmed the alleged sexual assault and showed it to other people.

The suit claimed that DeVanté Swing, a friend of the woman and a member of the 90s R&B group Jodeci, told her that he viewed a "sex tape" along with other people but feared speaking out against Combs.

Dickerson-Neal's life took a downturn after the alleged incident, leading to severe depression, suicidal ideation and her eventual withdrawal from college, the filing said.

The lawsuit names Combs, Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records and Combs Enterprises as defendants. It demands a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, CNN reported.

"Our client has not been able to escape the continuing impact of the harm Combs caused her many years ago. Through the Adult Survivors Act, she can avail herself to the courts to finally seek justice," Jonathan Goldhirsch, an attorney for Dickerson-Neal, said in a statement obtained by NBC News, referring to the law that permits survivors to sue within one year, regardless of when the statute of limitations expired.

Combs' spokesperson has dismissed the claims as a "money grab."

"This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head," the spokesperson said, according to NBC News. "Ms. Dickerson's 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more."

This marks the third sexual abuse lawsuit against Combs or his associated companies in the past week.

Last week, the rapper's ex-girlfriend Cassie filed a $30 million lawsuit against Combs alleging rape, sex trafficking and abuse. It was settled for an undisclosed amount within a day.

A lawsuit was also filed Tuesday against Harve Pierre, ex-president of Bad Boy Entertainment, alleging he sexually assaulted a former assistant.

Pierre has not publicly addressed the allegations, but a spokesperson for Bad Boy Entertainment said Wednesday that the company was aware of the lawsuit from its former employee.

"The allegations are from many years ago that were never brought to the attention of the company," the spokesperson said in a statement obtained by NBC News. "Neither the plaintiff nor the executive are current employees of the company. We are now investigating the allegations, and our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees."
