John Mayer's upcoming sixth studio album Paradise Valley features a collaboration with on-again-off-again girlfriend Katy Perry, Rolling Stone reported Thursday.

The Teenage Dream singer will reportedly appear on the country tune Who You Love.

Mayer, 35, previously dedicated his song A Face To Call Home to Perry during a concert at Milwaukee's Marcus Amphitheatre in July. The song appears on his fifth studio album Born and Raised.

"Little by little, inch by inch, we built a yard with a garden in the middle of it. It ain't much but it's a start. You got me swinging right along to the song in your heart," are some of the song's lyrics.

At the concert he also said that Perry is "more incredible" than he ever imagined, according to E! Online.

Mayer and Perry started dating in August 2012 after the songstress divorced comedian/actor Russell Brand earlier that year. Despite their split in March, they were allegedly spotted together on Memorial Day 2013.

Perry, 28, told Vogue for its July 2013 issue that although she was not with Mayer at the time, she still finds herself "madly in love with him."

"All I can say about that relationship is that he's got a beautiful mind," she said. "Beautiful mind, tortured soul. I do have to figure out why I am attracted to these broken birds."

Aside from Mayer's lady, Frank Ocean will also appear on his forthcoming album's track Wildfire. Mayer's album will be the follow-up to Born and Raised, released in May 2012. The album went to No.1 on the charts selling 219,000 in its first week, according to Billboard. That record became his third No.1 beating Carrie Underwood's Blown Away and Apocalyptic Love by Slash of Guns N' Roses.

Paradise Valley hits stores on Aug. 20.
