Taylor Swift is adding another estate to her long list of properties, according to a report.

Biz on Sunday reported, citing planning documents, that the pop superstar is investing more than £10 million ($12.5 million) in creating a private estate in one of North London's most exclusive neighborhoods.

The expansive property, formerly owned by a politician, is currently undergoing extensive renovations to include luxurious features such as a swimming pool and an orangery, the documents reportedly showed.

The location provides Swift with proximity to renowned Abbey Road Studios and places her in a neighborhood shared by celebrities such as Ricky Gervais, Liam Gallagher and Keira Knightley.

The billionaire artist reportedly plans to establish the mansion as her permanent European residence, unnamed insiders told the outlet.

According to one insider, Swift's song "London Boy," released in 2019, served as both a love letter to her then-boyfriend Joe Alwyn and the city.

The singer, currently dating NFL star Travis Kelce, lived in Crouch End and then Primrose Hill in the British capital with Alwyn before they parted ways earlier this year.

Swift also previously dated Brits Calvin Harris and Harry Styles, both of whom reside in North London.

"She loves the culture and vibe of the city and is particularly at home in North London, so this estate makes perfect sense," the source said of Swift.

Since 2011, the "Anti-Hero" hitmaker has amassed a substantial property portfolio valued at over $80 million, according to the New York Post.

In addition to her new North London estate, she owns a $47.7 million New York City compound and a $17.75 million, 12,000-square-foot Rhode Island home with an extensive beachfront.

In July, Swift's Rhode Island property made headlines after a woman was arrested outside the home on trespassing charges. The woman had been previously warned to stay away from the property, according to police.

Swift also purchased a 3,240-square-foot penthouse and a grand estate known as the Northumberland Estate in Nashville, along with a $25 million estate in Los Angeles, which was formerly owned by Hollywood film producer Samuel Goldwyn.

She previously sold two of her Beverly Hills homes for $4 million and $2.65 million.

Last month, the Daily Mail reported that Swift moved into Kelce's Kansas City mansion after wrapping up the South American leg of her "Eras Tour."

The singer has also been spotted at several of his Kansas City Chiefs games.
